This is a late 3.6 piston and cylinder set as used in the 964 and 993 engines. The cylinders have the groove for the cylinder to head seal ring. The set has been dimensionally inspected. Piston to cylinder clearance, cylinder ovality and taper as well as the ring groove wear are all well withing factory rebuild tolerances.
