We don't get our trash picked up today as usual. The city let all the trash department employees off to go to the parade. Likely there would have been a major outbreak of the 24 hour stomach bug, and calling in sick.
So our trash pickup is delayed 24 hours. No complaints for me. I think today is not a good day to go downtown for lunch. 1/2 million plus people down there will be a mess.
