I'm not sure what you are asking about, other than "exact measurements"... But the differences can be summed up as follows--
The 2.0 exchangers, if you sit them on the floor, will be flat along the floor all the way back to the muffler flange. The 1.7 exchangers will, between the end of the "heat exchanger" wrapping and the muffler flange, lift up off the floor so the flange is up about two inches.
When mounted in the car, the muffler flanges of the two 2.0 exchangers will be a different distance apart than those of the 1.7 exchangers. I do not remember if they're closer together or further apart.
The muffler of the 2.0 has its inlets at the bottom, because the 2.0 exchangers have their muffler flange lower down. The 1.7 muffler has its inlets in the middle.
The 2.0 muffler hanger is longer from top to bottom, again because the 2.0 muffler flange is lower than the 1.7 version.
...The 75-76 exhaust is completely different from the earlier ones. It has pipes that immediately join together and go forward, then another section that bolts onto those and makes a tight 180-degree bend and comes back. That second section is where the heat exchanger wrapping part is, and it only has a single pipe inside of it rather than the 2 pipes that the earlier systems have. Its muffler flanges are also triangles, instead of the trapezoids of the earlier systems.
I'll try to dig up pictures later.
