The fuel injector plugs can plug oin either way, it does not matter.
The TTS grounds a circuit, depending on engine temp, which controls the cold start valve. Its not important for what you are doing, or where you live. The cold start valve only enriches the mixture on really cold days, on start up only, then the CSV should turn off as the engine warms up.
