WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!
After searching the forums I found an article that lead me to checking all the connections on the relay board. I pulled the FI harness connector, cleaned it and used some dialectric grease, then re-seated it a few times. I also did this with the other harness at the relay board, used a razor blade to spread the x nothched terminals and applied some grease. Now when I move the throttle I hear my injectors. I turn the engine a bit and I can hear the other bank. Looks like my injector points are functioning also. Now all I need is my fuel pump, cross my fingers and hope she starts.
If it were not for this forum I would be broke from mechanic bills and I would probably still have nothing to show for it. Plus I think it is far more exciting to do all this myself. Thank you everyone for all the help.
