After my car got totaled in a rear end hit in January, I was Porsche-less. I am now back on my game and have my eye on a '96 993.

Specs:
- Miles: 54K
- Color: Oak Green metallic (factory special order)
- 2nd owner; had since 1998
- Euro Spring package
- Owner says 9 of 10 for interior and exterior
- no accidents, paint work, etc
- carfax is clean
- dealer maintained
- Out of state purchase
- asking $37
- Owner PCA member

Questions:
- what is fair price (lets assume seller is honest)
- what is PPI etiquette for out of state purchase
