I'll see if I can take some pictures. From what I understand, the factory didn't do anything very different from this, and I've seen it done on a 914 before.
I have access to some pretty state-of-the-art model making equipment, so creating a Pro-E file, and sending it to the CNC mill was no big deal. Turned them out in no time.
I'll work on the pictures. So far, I've got them all put back together (minus O-rings) to check fit, and they work like a charm. Now, if they hold fluid is another matter entirely.
