Both of the repairs are moderately difficult. Both the cam housing gasket and the lower balance shaft rear o-ring require the removal of the timing belts.
If you are lucky, it is the gasket on the rear of the cam housing (the gasket between the lifting point and the cam housing. That is a 15 minute fix
