Not a bad price, but I'd knock some off for the body repair you know is coming.

Check and double-check the floors. Also check the cowl (crawl in and look under the dash at the extreme right/left) - you should see no holes or a cowl repair kit (plastic collars that get glued in to cover 95% of the rust holes). Look over the seals and top of the fuel tank (the trunk floor)too. Find out how long ago it was restored and what was involved.

Tough choice between the Mustang or the SC. The Mustangs are appreciating that's for sure ... not sure about the SC - check into it before you decide. IMO I'm sure the Porsche is a better car overall as long as it solid/sorted out - Mustangs are dirt simple and they were cranking them out at 1000/day in '65-66 so the quality will never be the same.
