Everyone's back is different. I found that on 3+ hour trips, I was getting pain in the base of my neck, between my shoulder blades. Then I tried running with the seat adjusted back, for a more rear-leaning position, and found that I could drive all day in the seat and not mind. So, some adjusting might be necessary, and the position that feels best on the track might not be the most comfortable for long hauls on the street.
