You want some really good, sticky tires in 15" sizes? Toyo Proxes T1-S

www.edgeracing.com has about the best prices I've found. I have 4 of these on my miata (one of the few Hi-perf tires in my size) and they stick like glue.

If you want really, really sticky tires you may want to look into Falken Azenis Sports, they are inexpensive, come in a reduced tread depth, and are really sticky. Lots of people use them for wet track tires, but you wouldn't want to be driving in standing water or a torential downpour with them.
