It does sound odd. But the muffler might sound quite good. I have a straight through magnaflow dumping out the passenger side, and it has a great tone but is actually a tad quieter than I would say is ideal (to my taste.) The non muffled outlet might give it a meaner growl than mine. I'm wondering, though, what your plan was for those two outlets on the pass side. One would go nicely out the passenger side of the valance, but you would have a tough routing the other outlet back to the drivers side neatly and without being seen from behind the car.
