Hand Throttle for an '83 SC
Since the subject had come up on another thread (and I didn't wish to highjack it, as most of you know my feelings about highjacked threads), I do have a question for the more intrepid of you:
Can one add a hand throttle like I had on my 1974 911 to my 1983 911SC?
If I were to get the hand throttle cables and hand lever from a wrecked '74 and run it through the passenger compartment to the throttle cable, wouldn't this work? There are some occassions when a hand throttle would be a benefit.
What do you guys think?
