pulsing/hesitation resolved, and singing swepco praises...

boy, am i in a good mood today. my low end hesitation problem is now gone. the problem went away after i did 2 things: 1. changed the o2 sensor, and 2. replaced a spark plug connector that lost its 'snap-in-place-ness'... (one of my spark plug connectors was just basically sitting on the head of the plug snugly. the tiny retaining snap wire in the connector had evidently broken.) i really think the new o2 sensor is what took care of most of the problem, though. the car even seems to sound better, for some reason!

i also changed my gear oil to the swepco 201, and GEEZ... it's like driving a completely different car now; i'm not kidding! not only is my car rocketing out of the low rpm's now and putting a sinister grin on my face, but my shifting quality has GREATLY improved, making my car even more fun to drive. i had my gearbox redone about 1200 miles ago, so my gearbox was feeling nice and tight already. but now shifter motion is so much more 'buttery' and smooth. seems to be much less baulkiness than before, especially in higher gears. i still encounter some resistance when shifting at idle-speed rpms and slightly higher, but maybe that's just because my gearbox components are still wearing in...

anyways, i'm a happy camper!!!!!!!!!
