Lowering question
Like to lower the car a bit.
1985 Carrera. Std height which I understand USA and ROW
were the same by then. Frt. 26" Rear 25 1/2.
I would like to try the small adjustment in the rear by adjusting
the concentric bolt as described in 101 Projects.
Then proceed to the front. If not enough is available this way then I'll think about reindexing the bars.
My questions are: How much lowering is available on the back
usually, and secondly, are these lower procedures down
when there is no weight on the wheel, jack stands etc or ?
It may sound redundent, but I just wanted to be sure.
Ideas, comments.
Thanks.
