Yes, it should. The exhaust ports are the same between the 73-74 and 75-76 2.0s.

You will probably need to buy a muffler bracket (hangs off the end of the tranny, connects to the heat exchanger/muffler joint) from a 73-74 2.0 specifically. You may be able to adapt the 75-76 one to work; I'm not sure.
