Maybe 2 good to be true?
Actually, he's on vacation. I spoke (email) to him on Friday. He told me the reason he pulled his auctions was that he wouldn't be able to ship out any product for the next two weeks while he's away. He apparently will be re-listing his auctions on July 25th.

I ended up buying one of the high torque starters from pelican anyways. With the shipping (to canada), duties and other fees, the one from pelican ended up being only about $100 more. The guy from ebay only ships UPS. So I would of ended up paying big $$ in brokerage fees and duty. Good excuse to buy more stuff from pelican anyways and they ship USPS. Plus, I didn't really want a remanufactured starter. I think it's a small price to pay for a new unit plus if something goes wrong, I’m pretty sure I can rely on pelican to help me out.
