Well, probably many would. He knows zip about the Air Force (I see he served in the Navy but I imagine that doesn't teach you much about the Air Force). He experiences four fighters making a low and no doubt extremely loud pass over his neighborhood, at a sort of early hour, perhaps jolting him out of bed (a late sleeper, perhaps?). He's a cranky, mouthy sort - not unlike some on this board, by the way - so he writes a grumpy note to the local paper. What's so weird about that? Would you say that no one on this thread has ever made "a wise-ass-ed, insulting remark"? How about you?
