i did replace it with a 930! i thought this was wrong but the local euro repair guy, said this is what i needed. what or how does this effect anything? could this be my problem? if so how? i understand that diffrent vehicles have diffrent values but a thermal switch is a thermal switch right? yes it hunts with the old sensor installed and the car would stall if you came to a stop within the first minute of driving. when the car stalled it would not refire. i found that if i lifted the top of the air box up slightly and then let it back down that the car would refire and drive fine from then on, this only happens when dead cold and with in one minute of driving, after that your good to go for the rest of the day.
ambient air temps dont seem to be a problem, we have been in the 100 for the last two months and this problem started in april.
i have not checked the aar, aux air ?, i did replace the aux air valve/decel valve about a month ago.
again with the thermal sensor grounded it runs fantastic, cold starts it hunts for about 30-45 seconds then idels great and runs great with out stalling or hesitation.
