In addition to the 5-bolt question, those are 7", so you'll want to run 195s or 205s (or 225s like some 944 guys do) and if you add spacers they'll certainly rub on the outside edge of the rear (unflared) fender.
7's with appropriate rubber are a tight squeeze in a stock 914 rear fender if they fiot at all.

I don't think you'd need the spacers anyway as the later 944 wheels with the different offset were 8" x 16 fuchs, not cookies but I could be wrong on that.

I have a set of 6 X 15" cookies and before I flared my car they fit nicely on my 914 with 195/60s.

The fuchs cost a bit more than the cookies, but I agree with Mike, they're the way to go. 15" fuchs are cheaper.
