NAPA will have it. An auto-paint-supply store will have it. I've even seen it at Pep-Boys.

I buy it in a squirt can. Squirt it on a rag, rub it on the glue. Use patience...
Why not install an Ap-biz sound pad? Here is a picture of the one I installed. You can order one from Pelican, or Ap-biz. I only had to lower the back of the engine in my Porsche about 2" to install it. I didn't even need to unhook any lines.
