Give them a call at their 1-800 number or email them. I'm not positive but I believe the rims they have are not new. They are ones that have been picked up and been completely refinished so they look perfect. The garage I work at has dealt with them many times and have always been satisfied. I haven't personally seen any that where bought but I have seen a rim that was sent to them because of a scracth on it and they returned it better than new.
