Thanks Kurt. I did get some on painted parts of the body and it washed off easily. The grill is different, though - it's got a flat finish over aluminum I believe. No clearcoat or wax, not shiny. The Vinylex sort of soaks in... for now I'm hoping it will disappear on it's own. I'm hesitant to wax over spots but may try it later. I normally don't wax that part though. Eric H 87 Targa
