Although I am not an expert at the heel-to-toe method, I have been practicing and successful. With the AJ-USA pedals I am able to just roll my foot. But then again when my brake is depressed it is at the same level as the accelerator. I know the accelerator pedal is somewhat adjustable so even if at first installation the roll method is not feasible, it can be adjusted.
