Heater blower fan...heats the cabin by running air thru heat exchangers.
Early cars had a 2 outlet fan, later cars had a single outlet fan for the drivers side echanger only, later late cars had a single outlet fan with a siamese fitting for two hoses for both sides.
I have an early fan to sell if you need one.
