I originally tried to remove the targa bar, but after removing the 2 screws up in the rear wheel well (PIA), it did not budge. I not sure it is that easy. It was pretty easy to through a drop cloth over the whole car and cut a small section out for the targa bar and tape up. I am going to try again with a little better paint that the NAPA parts guy recommended. Has a different spray head for a better application.
