If you look between the targa bar and the weatherstripping on the top of the targa bar, you will see about 4 or 5 little screws. You will probably have to move the weatherstripping over to see them. This is the weatherstripping between the bar and the passanger compartment, not the bar and the window. Post some pics after you're done.
