Assuming that you have stock Carrera calipers, piston orientation is not critical like it is on 930 calipers,....

AFAIK, there is only the OEM seals for these calipers; if you are frying them, you have a severe temperature problem that will likely call for a caliper/rotor upgrade of some kind. Brake cooling kits do help in situations like these, but they simply are no substitute for a big brake upgrade.
