The first question I'd ask is why? Before you answer, by this I mean specifically why in the case of your engine? Have you changed the cams? Injection system? Pistons? Have you changed the gear ratios? What objective (in terms of a HP and torque) are you trying to achieve?
In general 911 heads flow more then adequately and are rarely the limiting factor in the engine's performance. So as a result, an increase in the flow of the head alone will rarely result in much of a performance improvement since it is other factors which may be limiting the engine's performance potential.
So what specifically is it you are trying to accomplish?
