I dunno of a fully automatic one like you describe but THE BEST progressive presses out there are Dillon...hands down. Best design, fewest problems and best service. If you load a lot of ammo...pistol and/or rifle get the Dillon 650 with case feed. Add the strong mount and bullet tray. You can easily load 500+ rounds per hour...maybe 1000 if you preload the primer tubes.
