I'll 2nd the JanSport comment. Around 27 years ago I had the zipper pull out of a JanSport pack. I sent it back to have it repaired (thinking I would have to pay for it). Instead they sent me two new packs to replace it - one a bit smaller than my discontinued pack and another larger, internal frame pack.
