If you had coolant leaking through your head gasket, you'd know it. After a little while, the car would begin to buck under accelleration. Sounds to me like your oil/gas additive was just burning off (I have heard people talk about SeaFoam burning weird) or it was normal start-up smoke.

Just keep an eye on the situation to make sure it doesn't repeat.
