Jenvey Linkage Solution...

Okay, for those of you that have Jenvey ITB's you know that the kit comes set up to use a cable. So, some where along the line you need to adapt the cable to the rod linkage in the chassis. Or..... here is my solution. NO cable. What I did was adapt the linkage to use rod ends and ball/socket connections which I will continue right down to the bell crank on the tranny. I lengthened the arm that pulls throttle slightly to equal the throttle pedal travel and made up a rod linkage. I am also going to replace the "wire" linkage from the motor to the trrans with a rod with rod ends on each end. This is what it look like to date.......

Here is what Jenvey wants you to hook a cable to, not thanks....

So here is what I did instead....

Comments?

Cheers
