Can you get them from the shop that did the work? They are key to understanding the issues at hand. You mentioned laser alinement, this would mean the rack is likely have the ability to print out the before and after settings. Take the car back and tell them what the problems are. A good shop will put the car back on the rack and also write down or print out the alignment you got. They should at least have the spec they went by for your car.
