Yeah, I had been trying to hold it between my knees and wack the injector out. Once I held it properly in a bench vise, they all popped out easily with a rubber mallet.
I soaked the injectors in carb cleaner and blew them out - all seem to be working fine. I've removed all the sleeves as well. I've ordered new sleeves and o-rings.
