Bingo. Common engine swap issue. You need to put a restrictor in the line that goes from the oil filler neck to the intake;
not the line that goes from the crank case breather to the oil tank .
A piece of round aluminum stock that will fit in the hose w/ a 1/4 hole through the center should work fine.
