Stephen Kasper of IA. Build some bad turbos. Water cooled heads = big bucks...but if you have it to burn than a 962 engine would certainly make it scoot.
Ninemeister builds some wicked engines and offers probably the best aftermarket heads out there. Do a search on Rennlist also. They are across the pond so the exchage rate hurts.
