Ben ships the "raw" products to me and I do the satin polish myself. It is a tedious process of rough to smooth grits and polishes but very rewarding.
The chrome/mirror polish is done by a shop specializing in the high gloss finish. I should have one of those soon to add to the site.
I would like to mention that the polish and color will change on these stainless exhaust components as they heat cycle - just like they do on aircraft and motorcycles. The portion closest to the turbo will turn blue and the mid section will gain a gold tint.
