Yep, mine does that too, and I have no known charging or electrical probs so I figured it is normal. The stock console gauges are next to worthless in terms of accuracy & repeatability of readings.

I guess one good thing about the console voltmeter is if it ever reads over 13.8V or so, then you most likely have an overcharging problem (voltage regulator).
