Go with the simple things first.

Since it only happens when the car is wet, try replacing your cap, rotor, plugs and wires.

If that doesn't do it, you could have a bad idle stabilizer valve, or a vacuum leak somewhere in that area.

Replacing the Idle stabilizer isn't difficult, just a bit time consuming, you need to take the intake manifold off. Do yourself a favor and take digital photos and/or make a drawing of where all the vacuum lines go.
