The evidence:
Note the rip at the top & the clear tape. The seller in Texas wrote: "There was a white envelope inside the brown envelope. Both of these envelopes are what the chip originally came shipped to me in. the Chip was in the white envelope inside a special black plastic container designed for the chip." Gone.
