Hugh, is your Rudge restored?
Long, long ago a friend of mine had an AJS that was rumored to have raced at the Isle of Mann in the 1930's. Nice old bike.
However, my favorite year at the Isle of Mann was the TT race in 1969. A Triumph won it and I think that they placed about a half dozen in the top 10. Maybe I like that year so much since I have a 1969 Triumph Bonneville T120R...that has 5,341 miles on it!
