You may be in luck; those look like genuine Porsche locking lug nuts. The dealer has two boxes of master key sockets, it looked to me to like 30 or so with corresponding numbers. It is trial and error until they get the right one. You can then order a new master key from the number. Of course they can remove the locking nuts for you too.

If not Porsche ones then do a search, there are many methods of removal most involve some sort of carnage to the offending nut from beating on a socket to welding a nut to it.
