Hmm, I hope they don't get annoyed with me for this, BUT.... Have you considered calling up Tom and aksing he he can get the parts for you? That would put the hassle on him, of course. It might wind up costing you a bit more $$$, but it would probably be worth it to have Pelican behind it.

I don't know if they'll do this; it may be something that costs them more money to do than they can make off of it. But it is worth asking, at least!
