Hatchback seal

I may have accidently found a rear hatch replacement seal that is very economically friendly. One our the maintenance guys where I work gave me a short piece of 'gasket" they use around doors in our cold storage facility to see if I could use it to replace a two foot strip on the 944 I just picked up. Long story but the section fit perfectly. They get this from McMaster Carr Industrial Supply out of Atlanta. He told me they pay about 1.75 a linear foot for this which would mean you could replace your hatch seal for $43.75 plus shipping
(1.75 x 25 foot length). I will get the part number and post it here, I am going to get myself a 25 foot roll to replace mine.
