Sounds like you have your own engine dyno? Do you have any interest in testing an engine management system?
I developed a fuel and ignition system. It is speed density, no air meter is required. I would expect some improvement in performance without the air meter restriction. It will need a Mopar 2.2 turbo hall effect distributor fitted to the cam end. The rest of the connections are plug-n-play. The other advantages are sequential injection, direct fire ignition, and real-time user adjustable parameters.
If the unit demonstrates significant performance increases perhaps the project will be more than a hobby. Please note I am not selling units at this time.
I have played with the system on air cooled VWs, Porsche 914's NA - Turbo, and a 2.2 Mopar Turbo with good results. My 944 is an auto, so testing with it and a wheel dyno might be fruitless.
