You can definitely wait on that. You're right, do it all at the same time. You're going to pay through the nose to have someone do it for you so it's best probably if you decide when you're going to have it painted, and to the repair yourself. Get all of that rust out of there and coat it. Warren and the other guys ought to know the details on that. Of course, you won't know for sure until you sand the paint off and look at it, but surely you can do the rust repair yourself and have the whole thing sprayed.
