You might get more responses if you move your thread over to the 930 supercharging/turbocharging forum. It's aimed more at the turbo cars than the Engine Rebuilding forum.
The first thing I would go for is a lower geared Ring and Pinion and then go with a close ratio gear set. You really don't intend to get the opportunity to go 180MPH do you? 
The close ratio gearing will keep the turbo in the sweet spot of the power curve. The lower gearing (higher numerically) of the R&P will make your engine more responsive on the street.
You are on the right track as far a the engine goes. I would add cams(SC or 964) to your list. The turbo and exhaust won't be as effective with the stock 930 cams.
The other thing I would do is upgrade your brakes. They are rather anemic in the braking department for turbocharged cars.
All this will easily take you over the $10K mark......speed costs (a lot of)money for Porsche's!
