the reverse levers on a 930 tranny have a tendency to bend or brake....as far as the popping out of gear...the tranny needs to come out...make sure you reinstalled the syncros/brake bands correctly....check for a bent shift rod/fork (these should have been loosened and disassembled not the way you did it). if all else fails bring it to a shop qualified to do this rebuild with the correct tools (although you dont need the alignment jig as said above it is highly recommended if your not familiar with these) hope all works out well...good luck
