It is a 5/8", but it is a very tight fit, and only a very thin wall socket or plug wrench will fit. The factory tool kit contains a plug wrench that will reach without removing the valve covers. Is your tool kit missing? Not sure of the location for the second plug as I have a single spark, but it is reportedly on the bottom of the cylinder head under a plastic cover, 11/16". Factory plug tool will fit both.
